Designed the end-to-end experience, mapped user journery, conducted user research and customer interviews, and facilitated workshops to refine the lead lifecycle, created framework to transform and enrich leads with third party integrations like Zoominfo. Campaign Management: Redesign I led the redesign of Integrate's campaign building module to deliver a powerful and intuitive experience across all channels in platform. By implementing step by step campaign creation process with improved readability pattern on the forms, grouping form elements, show only relevant information with guides, consistent experience across all modules like assets, field configurations, proofs, approval workflow, messaging, reimagined summary page to have overview of all important metrics. Board/Kanban View: Redesign In this project, I tackled the challenge of redesigning the Board view for a workflow management tool, Kissflow. Case Management App Understanding the increasing need for mobile convenience, I pioneered the development of Kissflow's inaugural mobile app. I advocated for the idea, marketed the MVP, and crafted the mobile prototype. Building from scratch, I put together a component library optimized for mobile and issued a comprehensive design system. The subsequent mobile application enables users to generate, control, delegate tasks, receive alerts and handle urgent tasks, thus, guaranteeing uninterrupted workflow management from any location.
